Creating a new brand for an art academy with an innovative value proposition.



Proscenio is an art academy in Buenos Aires, Argentina that seeks to promote the teaching of theater, music and dance in all its forms.  Proscenio is a demanding institution with a very open environment where students have a space to develop their artistic talents.



Marqas created a dynamic and modern brand for Proscenio. We designed the logotype in  lower case typography that is accompanied by a spiral formed by the transformation of a dot into a star. It symbolizes the evolution that students undergo in the art academy on their way to becoming great artists. The red tone used in the identity is inspired in the velvet curtains most theaters have. The new Proscenio identity is serious and dynamic and reflects its commitment to the search and formation of great new artists in the Argentinean scene.
