Increasing the brand visibility for the oil and gas trade union in Colombia.
The Asociación Colombiana del Petróleo is the trade union that groups all private oil and gas companies in Colombia. In spite of being recognized for their role in the government the organization’s brand had low visibility and key audiences didn’t understand the role it played in the market. Moreover, the name was limiting and there were internal communications issues.
Marqas developed a brand positioning and redesigned the brand identity. We created a shorter name — ACP — and a simpler and more modern logotype. We also recommended the implementation of an education platform through social networks to engage the community and improve the relationship with key audiences. With the new brand, ACP broadened its brand image and raised its visibility as a strong player, focused on having a positive impact on the country’s sustainable economic development.
